LPBW: Matt DEMOLISHING Amy Roloff’s Farmhouse To Build His Dream House?

TLC: MATT, CARYN & AMY

The Little People Big World fans have been sensing a lot of tensions lately. As the new teaser for Season 23 got out, lots of things came into the limelight. This includes the fate of the Roloff Farms. It turns out the plot description of the show also stated that decisions made in LPBW Season 23 will lead to a major change. As per the rumor mills, it seems like Matt Roloff is willing to demolish Amy’s farmhouse! Keep reading more for all the details.

LPBW: Matt Attempts To Demolish Amy’s Farmhouse For A Fresh Start, Wants To Build Dream House With Caryn?

As LPBW took over TV screens, viewers got to find out about Matt’s family farm, i.e., Roloff Farms. Since then, tremendous changes have taken place in the area. Back when Matt and Amy were still a couple, they both had shares in the property. While the patriarch had the south side, his then-wife owned the north side. Moreover, she ended up moving to her farmhouse in the north after their divorce too. However, Matt ended up buying back his land after they called quits on their marriage.

As per zoning laws, only one residential house is allowed in a farmland plot. Hence, viewers have started to feel that Matt will use the north side to build his dream house with his girlfriend, Caryn. Moreover, they had been upfront about this idea in previous seasons. As per the first look, the former couple was gathered around some blueprints and white dummy houses. There were two dummies, out of which the smaller one seemed to be a structure of Amy’s farmhouse. Whereas, the bigger dummy could be Matt’s dream house structure. The mother-of-4 looked alarmed after hearing Matt’s plan. Thus, she left the place immediately and unhappily.

Therefore, rumor mills claim it happened after the matriarch heard Matt possibly talking about demolishing her farmhouse for a new project, i.e., his and Caryn’s dream house. Yet, there is no confirmation as neither of the cast members has opened up about the matter.

LPBW: Jeremy & Zach Lost Their Farm Deal Over Zoning Laws?

Once Amy Roloff was willing to sell her land, her son Jeremy Roloff mentioned in his podcast about buying it. Moreover, he and his brother Zach Roloff both wanted to go on board with this. However, it couldn’t happen. That’s because a comment on Reddit claims that Zoning Laws only allow one house per farm plot. Hence, only one of the brothers landed the deal. Otherwise, all of them would have shared one house to live in, which isn’t very ideal.

In fact, the teaser also had Matt Roloff confirming that Zach’s farm deal didn’t go through. Moreover, this has created tensions in the family, and it was pretty evident in the video. Apart from this, Jeremy Roloff mentioned that his twin “backed out” off the deal, and they couldn’t follow through as his family was unable to afford it. Hence, he, too, lost his chance at buying a part of the farm. However, Zach’s reason for not landing the deal isn’t clear yet. Hence, viewers eagerly wait for the new season to get answers to these unresolved questions. Keep checking TV Season & Spoilers for more such LPBW based news.
