For a decade, the TLC reality series Little People Big World continued to feature the failing marriage of the leads, Matt and Amy Roloff. It wasn’t until 2016 that they decided to separate, despite their overbearing issues. After all these years, it seems like getting divorced was the best thing they’ve done for each other. Amy is happily married to the love of her life Chris Marek, while Matt might soon pop the question to his girlfriend, Caryn Chandler. Although the four of them hang out often, there are many underlying issues the LPBW stars are yet to solve.
This includes the issue of Amy disliking Matt and Chris’ friendship. Their bromance is endlessly blooming, while the former is pushed to bear with everything. Despite being in a happy marriage, it looks like Amy Roloff still holds a grudge against her ex-husband. She had accused Matt of cheating on her with his farm manager Caryn Chandler. Well, even though he denied the claim, the LPBW patriarch ended up making his relationship with the same person. Hence, hanging out with Matt and Caryn is still tough for Amy. But she still has to do it for the sake of her family and also her husband, Chris Marek, who seems to like Matt a little too much.
Chris and Matt had been spending time together even though Amy was uncomfortable. And they continue to do so even today. The former revealed the same in a recent Instagram. Matt shared a picture of a small cabin on the Roloff farms, where he had a guys’ night out. The LPBW celeb highlighted in the caption that he was joined by Chris Marek and two other friends. Together they were hanging out “as warm as toast” inside the cabin. Meanwhile, it was raining or snowing outside.
Fans soon rushed to the comments to discuss how Amy would be feeling about this adventure. Some of them were quite worried as they said, “it is disrespectful to Amy”. But Matt was quick to counter with, “Ah…you thing so? That’s pretty bold”. He tried to defend himself as much as he could. So, when someone said, “I bet Amy didn’t like it that much,” Matt was ready with a reply. He denied the claim and revealed that he had already called his ex to invite Marek. The Little People Big World OG defended Amy by calling her a “secure and mature woman”.

Fans have varied opinions about Amy being uncomfortable around her ex-husband. Well, some believe that it’s not right to hold a grudge against someone for so long. She should now forget the past and focus on her new life instead. On the other hand, others believe that it’s not easy to forget things, and if Amy gets tense around Matt, her new husband, Chris, should support her.
Instead, he pushes her to meet with her ex and his new girlfriend. The four of them have also gone on a couple of vacations together.
