Turns out, the state has dissolved his company under the name “Roloff Farms, Inc.” Hence, his farm business has been legally shut down. So, what has Matt Roloff been up to now? As per the Oregon Secretary of State, his business, “Roloff Farms Inc” is no longer active. Hence, the state has dissolved it. They did so after the castmate failed to submit an annual report for the same. Usually, Matt would file the paperwork for the same in February of every year, as per TheSun. But this year, he failed to do so. So, as of April 13, Matt Roloff’s “Roloff Farms Inc.” is officially dismissed and shut down.

As far as the legal repercussions of his inactive business are concerned, the Oregon Secretary of State’s official website gave away that the ones associated with dissolved businesses will no longer have the privileges to stand in court. Hence, Matt won’t be able to “pursue” or “defend” legal actions concerning Roloff Farms Inc. At the same time, people with unregistered businesses also don’t get to obtain more business licenses, get into “contracts,” or open bank accounts.

Last month, in March 2023, Matt Roloff filed paperwork to save another one of his businesses, Matt Roloff Media, LLC. He did so in 2022 to keep it active. This business concerns all of the star’s “speaking engagements,” “TV production events,” and other “publications.”
