It was for the revision of his shunt. While all is well now, the LPBW star wanted to talk to his wife about how to be cautious about such a thing in the future.
Zach revealed how he and Tori had to deal with the “scary prospect” of telling the kids about his passing in case things went wrong. Viewers were curious about how much Tori told the kids about the surgery. She said that Jackson had an idea, and she didn’t hide the surgery part from him as he, too, had one for his legs. Zach added that his son was nervous for his father.
Zach said his family should be better prepared if anything goes wrong in the future. The idea that Tori would have to tell the kids why one of the parents wasn’t there with them made him “super sad.” After all, the LPBW star thinks of his kids all the time and wants to be around them as much as possible. It was an emotional moment for the viewers.

LPBW fans melted at Lilah as she sat next to her dad and gave him a gentle kiss on his cheek. As someone who is always in casual clothes, Zach also impressed everyone by being in a suit.
