After losing enough weight, Charity was approved of gastric bypass surgery. She had the surgery and was going through a smooth recovery. However, suddenly the news came that she overdosed on painkillers right after the operation. Even Charity’s daughter Charly was not aware of her mother using drugs. It was devastating for the fans to listen to such news. Although the star has now recovered from her overdose. However, she later developed a drinking problem.

Charity Pierce was last reported to be 265 pounds. It seems she never stopped losing weight. The reality star is often seen to update her fans through her Facebook page. And last year, Charity brought some devastating news for her fans. She revealed that she is having kidney cancer. Charity let everyone know last year about the disease through a Facebook post. She says, “I found out at Christmas time that I have kidney cancer.” That again was a big setback for the fans. Charity’s mother died because of brain cancer. And, now Charity has the same deadly disease.
Thankfully, cancer didn’t spread to her entire body. And the only option she was left with was to remove her kidney. On March 2, the star got her kidney removed.
