She revealed that they all went out for a fantastic dinner, where her husband ate sugar after 31 days. Adam had a dessert after his meal.
Adam previously said he would follow a strict carnivore diet plan. His post came earlier this year as he told fans, “New Year, so I might as well give myself a challenge.” He maintained this for the whole of January alongside his group from @goodranchers headquarters.
Adam did it to reset his body and tell people how he felt. Regardless, January started with a holiday note, and he didn’t give up on his diet. At that time, he only ate animal products like eggs, meat, and butter and drank coffee and water. Considering Danielle’s recent post, it seems his main objective was to avoid sugar intake.
As Adam’s diet lasted for a month, it made sense to fans for him to take a break. He may start a new diet plan if he is done with the carnivore diet, or he may also get back to it.
