Amanda’s Extravagant Splurge Makes Her Appear Showy On RHOBH

Bravo introduced Amanda Frances as a “new friend” in the RHOBH Season 15 trailer, and she quickly grabbed attention. Fans felt she was bold in the trailer. As a debut in the cutthroat world of the Housewives, she has since left a strong impression on the fandom. Fans also couldn’t stop talking about her past controversies. Moreover, Kathy Hilton called Amanda an “acquired taste” after filming the season with her. Fans still need to see what Kathy meant by that.

Fans got a small glimpse of Amanda and who she is. On the latest episode, the Housewives traveled to Sedona, Arizona. Amanda stood out with a story about a splurge. During a group dinner with Sutton, Erika, Kyle, and Jennifer, she bragged about spending “$10,000 on crystals in one sitting.” The ladies didn’t like the comment as much. They felt Amanda had a showy attitude. Sutton said she noticed Amanda might “one-up or measure up.”

Amanda Frances Opens Up About The Tragic Loss Of A Twin Son On RHOBH

In the latest episode, Amanda Frances shared a deeply scarring chapter of her life on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The RHOBH debut opened up about losing her twin newborn son, Zion. “Three years ago, I had twins, Canaan and Zion,” she said. They were born 11 weeks early via emergency C-section. “It was a hard pregnancy,” she added.

Frances also shared that Zion died just five days after birth while in the NICU. “Zion, my son, didn’t make it,” she told her RHOBH co-stars. In a confessional, she shared a heartbreaking detail of the tragedy. “Zion’s placenta was faulty,” she explained. Additionally, she said, “Zion, unfortunately, died in my arms the first time I ever held him.” She broke down as she talked about the most painful moment of her life.

Her surviving twin, Canaan, is now 3 years old. Frances shared that he spent 68 days in the NICU before coming home. “I can’t think of everything Canaan overcame without thinking of Zion not making it,” she said. In an emotional moment, she described the week of Canaan’s birthday and Zion’s death anniversary as “the most joyful and sad week.” “He lives on in us,” she added.

Amanda’s story is a more heart-to-heart talk with the ladies on the show. Even though RHOBH is more of a dramatic reality TV show, during her confession, the camera pulled back in reverence. She also added, “I am a mom who still grieves the baby who died in her arms.” Fans are sad to learn of the tragic loss of her child. For more RHOBH updates, follow TV Season & Spoilers.
