Richards has claimed that Phypers tried to kill one of her pet dogs. This disturbing allegation has added even more tension to their escalating marital dispute. According to reports, Aaron Phypers put down one of Denise’s dogs without her consent. On August 3, 2025, Richards reportedly entered the house, which was occupied by Aaron, his parents, and his brother. She did so to bring her remaining dogs home after confirming that Mr. Phypers was not present at the time. Denise’s visit came after she learned that Aaron had reportedly put one of the dogs to sleep without her consent.

Denise’s legal team has also alleged Phypers violated a restraining order, accusing him of leaking Denise’s private pictures and sensitive content.
