RHOBH: Denise Richards Saves Her 15 Dogs & Furniture From Wrecked Marital Home!

Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers’ divorce drama took another public turn this week. Richards returned to her Calabasas home to take her belongings and dogs with her. People are wondering what more drama will unfold in this high-profile split.

The move comes as part of Richards and Phypers’ ongoing divorce, which began in July when the pair separated, citing irreconcilable differences. The actress arrived with a whole crew to complete the job. Phypers and his family had to vacate the house for 8 hours in compliance with a court order, giving Richards the chance to take her possessions.

RHOBH: Aaron Phypers Exposes Denise Richards’ Alleged Messy Home

RHOBH alum Denise Richards’s estranged husband, Aaron Phyper, has recently appeared on Inside Edition with a tour of the $3.5 million rental home, which the reality star has abandoned. The house showed stained floors, trash-strewn rooms, and moth-ridden clothing. Aaron said she had hoarding issues and showed the home’s shocking condition to viewers.

Denise, in her court filing, said she moved from the house two years ago and is blaming Phypers and his family for damaging the property. She told the Phypers family has “severely damaged the property and left the house in a state of disarray.” She continued to state that Aaron failed to cover rent after January, which is leading to all the legal troubles.

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills alumna Denise Richards made a dramatic return to the Calabasas rental she once shared with her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers. Richards came to retrieve her belongings, along with her 15 dogs. She arrived with a whole team of four movers, two assistants, and her father, Irv.

Movers were seen wearing masks due to what insiders described as “dust and a strong smell” inside the property. Neighbors looked on as truckloads of furniture and dog crates were carried away, marking the end of things for good. A judge had granted Richards permission to retrieve her mother’s and her own personal property, including the dogs, on Sept. 13.

Phypers was ordered to stay 100 yards away from the home due to the temporary restraining order. He will be able to get his property from the house on Sept. 15. Earlier, Aaron had given Inside Edition a tour of their home, showing it in disarray and accusing Richards of being a “hoarder of animals.” Richards has strongly denied the claims. The Calabasas property had been a source of dispute in their split. Aaron recently shared a glimpse inside the house, revealing it in a visibly messy condition. He accused Richards of being responsible for the state of the home.

For more than two years, her dogs had been living at the property with Phypers’ relatives, despite Richards herself not setting foot inside until this weekend. The divorce trial is growing uglier with each passing day, and viewers are eagerly waiting to see what unfolds next. Keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers for the latest reality TV tea.
