In the mountains, Kyle Richards’ $9.75 Million home gives visitors a lavish and serene vibe. The couple has decided to put the Colorado property on the market after living there for six years. The house was built in 1979 and starches up to 2,426 square feet. Similarly, the house is equipped with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Similarly, Kyle is not happy with leaving home. The RHOBH star told ET that Aspen was her happy little place, and she used to live there part-time.
So, when the Real Housewives star returned to her house, she took some sage with her. Moreover, Richards took an Ouija board with her and said things got out of hand. The house gives a proper glimpse of a rustic modern look with hardwood floors, exposed lean-beam ceilings, and river rock accent walls. The serene home also includes a hot tub and a fire pit.
