RHOBH: Kyle Richards Breaks Silence On Rumors About Moving Out Of Her Home!

RHOBH star Kyle Richards has finally addressed whether she has moved to a new place. In an Instagram story posted on October 6, she addressed all the speculation. In the video, she was seen walking in her Encino, CA, estate. She said, “So, a number of people have reached out to me saying they’ve heard that I sold my house and that I moved out.”

Richards further stated that it is a complete lie and that she still lives there. “My house is actually not for sale,” she added. Kyle further questioned who was spreading these false rumors online. She also said that she always wonders where these stories come from. “But no, I did sell my house,” she admitted. In 2022, the reality TV star announced she planned to move out of the LA area.

Recently, RHOBH star Kyle Richards revealed that she bought a new house. During BravoCon 2025, Kyle spoke with Daily Dish and said she loves real estate. “I genuinely am very passionate about that,” she said. Furthermore, she shared that real estate is one of her “favorite things,” since announcing her separation from her husband, Mauricio Umansky.

​Interestingly, her daughters, Farrah Aldjufrie and Alexia Umansky, are real estate agents. Fans may be aware that she and her former husband founded The Agency, a luxury real estate brokerage. “I just want to do something that I, you know, as a newly single woman, can say, ‘This is something that I’m doing; it’s my investment,’” Kyle said.

​She further explained that every time Umansky said he was investing, she wasn’t sure what she could do, which made her feel good. “I’ve chosen the majority of our homes, and it’s always worked out well for me, business-wise,” she said. The RHOBH star also noted that one of her two homes is in California and that she has now bought another in Tennessee. “You know, I feel pretty good about it,” Kyle said. Richards then discussed her love and passion for real estate.

​She said, “It’s the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning.” Furthermore, Kyle said people think she is looking through her emails, but she is actually looking at real estate all the time. “I know every market in every state you could imagine,” she declared.
