Lisa Rinna sure paves the way for mingling at the news. In the latest revelation, the Bravo star has opened up about her memory loss. The 58-year-old confessed that she suffers from sleep issues. And that her memory loss has caused many problems in her life.
Meanwhile, Rinna found the core of her problem, and it turns out it happened because of a night sleeping pill. The celeb has taken the drug Restoril for four years. Lisa added that it was the only thing that helped her get a good night’s sleep. However, the drug did more bad than good for her. It kept erasing her memory that her family and friends always used to complain about. As soon as the star realized that the drug caused memory loss, she immediately stopped taking the pills.
Per RxList, the drug Lisa is talking about does have serious effects on the person’s memory. The website says that Restoril (Temazepam) causes a high risk of addiction, memory loss, hallucinations, and hostility. Hence, the drug can easily cause short-term memory loss. Likewise, to minimize the pill’s effect, it is advisable not to take the med if one cannot commit to seven hours of sleep. Also, doctors advise not to take the medication for long-term use.
