The Bravo personality shared with her fans that Amelia Gray Hamlin, 24, caught a severe infection on her boob. This happened while she was celebrating her time at the Coachella music festival.

Lissa revealed on her and Harry Hamlin’s podcast, Let’s Not Talk About the Husband, that the whole incident resulted in a life-threatening infection. RHOBH alum Lisa Rinna admitted that she thought she would struggle without her phone while filming The Traitors Season 4. The experience turned out to be surprisingly better. Speaking on her podcast Let’s Not Talk About the Husband, Rinna said that the absence of a phone allowed her to concentrate on the game more as she had no time to worry about her responsibilities. She described the whole thing as “the greatest thing to ever happen.”

Lisa reflected on her time as a traitor, which helped her prioritize the present and reduce her constant phone use. But eventually, the 62-year-old star has to return to the digital world due to her demanding work, but the overall experience really shaped her approach.

During the 5th episode of her Podcast, Let’s Not Talk About The Husband, on September 5, Lissa Rinna, a former RHOBH celebrity, revealed to her fans about Amelia’s infection. Rinna, on her podcast with her husband Harry Hamlin, shared that Amelia caught the infection on her breast through her nipple piercing. The accident happened while Amelia was on a balcony at Coachella. 

Lisa said that Amelia got pushed from a balcony and her boob went into a bush, and it jammed the nipple into the boob. Later that night, Rinna recalled that Amelia fell ill and had a super high fever, and her boob got really big. Amelia was immediately taken to the doctor in the middle of the night. Rinna shared, “We thought maybe something was wrong with her ribs.”

Rinna added that they called an infectious disease doctor, as they didn’t have any idea what to do. The doctor told them that Amelia had sepsis, “Sepsis in her freaking boob.” The doctor said to them that Amelia had punctured something when she went into the bush. And although unusual, the mishap wasn’t a joke. Amelia was on IV antibiotics for a week while recovering. “It was actually very dangerous, guys. It was dangerous,” Rinna cautioned.

At the end, Harry warned listeners, “So there’s another cautionary tale. Don’t get a nipple ring.” The scary accident even urged Amelia’s older sister, Delilah Belle Hamlinto, to remove her own nipple piercing.
