Delilah Hamlin had had various health struggles with strenuous menstrual cramps, bloating, acne, and seizures, which date back to her teens. Her menstrual cycles were harrowing.

She subsequently got involved in substance abuse. Her doctors initially misdiagnosed her with PMDD. However, after getting second opinions, another doctor diagnosed it as endometriosis. Needless to say, her undiagnosed ailment has hampered much of her life. Recently, Delilah finally broke the silence on her grueling health struggles. She got candid about how it had affected her. Former RHOBH star Lisa Rinna won’t be leaving any stones unturned as she’ll speak her mind in her upcoming memoir. She recently revealed to her fans that she is working on a new memoir, titled “You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About It.” “I don’t know if everyone is ready for all of the truth I am unloading in this book,” said Rinna. “But I was certainly ready to tell it,” she noted.

This won’t be her first rodeo. The RHOBH alumna has authored books, namely, “Rinnavation: Getting Your Best Life Ever” and “The Big, Fun, Sexy Sex Book.” Lisa discussed her new book, saying that life has many ups and downs and that much of it often gets “lost in the editing.” Needless to say, the fandom is hooked.

RHOBH alumna Lisa Rinna‘s eldest daughter, Delilah, has had quite a challenging health journey. She had endured years of painful menstruation and seizures from her teen years. However, no doctors could tell why. Her previous doctor had diagnosed her with PMDD, but the treatments didn’t cure her or make her life better.

Her prolonged seizures and medical complications pushed her towards substance abuse. After many challenging times, she started researching her ailments and sought the truth. After years of pondering and working on a better health, popstar Halsey was the answer to her questions. Delilah had heard Halsey talk about a condition called endometriosis.

Delilah realized the similar symptoms, and a second opinion doctor confirmed it to be endometriosis. She recalled how her undiagnosed condition contributed to her poor mental health with severe depression and anxiety. Recently, the model underwent endometriosis surgery and had endometrial implants removed. That brought down an eagerly awaited relief. Now she doesn’t have seizures or painful menstrual cycles.

This wasn’t the only health struggle she had. The model additionally shared that she was battling multiple illnesses, including Lyme disease, Epstein-Barr virus, encephalitis, and PANDAS. “I’m very grateful, but you do have to do a lot of research on your own,” she shared.
