RHOBH star Denise Richards’ nasty divorce with ex Aaron Phypers has been going on for months now. The divorce hearings have been a roller coaster ride of revelations. Their divorce drama began in July, when Phypers filed for divorce, citing claims of spousal support. Later, things became even worse than they appeared, with several shocking accusations, a permanent restraining order, and more.
The fandom might recall that lately, all the court hearings have been in Denise Richards’ favor. After the judge denied Phypers’ request for an expedited spousal support hearing, his LA landlord has evicted him from their property. When they failed to pay the rent due, the landlord issued an eviction notice to both former spouses. However, Aaron’s family’s cry for help has many fans talking.

Just days after the last court hearing, the landlord has evicted the former couple of RHOBH from their LA house, which they moved into in 2020. Apparently, they owe the landlord around $84k in overdue rent. The landlord also requested that the two pay attorney’s fees and the damages because Aaron’s family had previously left the property in disarray.
Richards’ court documents had subsequently stated that she moved out of their property two years earlier, after Aaron and his family moved in. Therefore, only he was supposed to pay the rent. Unable to reach Phypers, the landlord had to serve both of them with an eviction notice because both names are still on the lease. Out of house and out of ways, Aaron and his family have now sought help from whoever shall give.
Each day brings new explosive revelations in RHOBH star Denise Richards’ divorce battle. Between the to-and-fro of motions in the court, the judges have been siding more and more with Denise Richards. This situation has proven especially challenging for Aaron Phypers. Recently, authorities arrested him, and legal charges drained him financially as well.
Moreover, he’s out of the house he’s lived in since 2020. After he and his family failed to pay the rent, the landlord consequently made sure that they were out of the property in no time. Then, he served the former couple with eviction notices. Since Phypers and his family were staying there, they had to vacate the premises.
Following this, the family has sought drastic measures to seek every possible help. A RHOBH discovered a GoFundMe created by the bereaved family to gather money. The fandom’s reaction has been ruthless. The OP read, “It’s absolutely insane to stay in a million-dollar mansion that you can’t afford and then be surprised and cry victim when the landlord evicts your freeloading family.”
“He and his grifter relatives can combine their pennies to buy a tent large enough for them to sleep in. He doesn’t deserve anyone’s dime,” another commented. A few others were even surprised to see anyone donating anything. Many others have termed the family as “grifters.” For more such latest Aaron’s updates, stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers.
