Apparently, Phypers leaked private and derogatory photos of Richards to the press. Denise, in her emotional testimony, urged the judge to grant her justice. She said Aaron’s action wasn’t just a shameful act but also traumatized her children.

Aaron Phypers appeared in court, revealing that Richards called him 17 times within a week of the restraining order granted to her. In response, Richards told the judge she called him on the grounds of the leaked nudes. She insisted Phypers was answerable after pulling off this cheap stunt. The former pair appeared in court for a second hearing on the restraining order petition filed by Richards.

He claimed they could testify to Richards being ‘not truthful’ and a substance abuser.

Correspondingly, Denise took Aaron to court on domestic abuse claims. “Aaron regularly threatened to ‘break my jaw’ and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help – none of which ever happened. Aaron has caused me at least three concussions,” the reality tv star testified. The RHOBH fame, mother of 3, claimed that the alleged stole her laptop and “disseminated private information, including nude photographs” to various press outlets. “Aaron stole my laptop and sent private text messages he had stolen from my laptop without my permission,” the actress stated. “Aaron threatened that I would ‘disappear’ if I called the police,” the star further noted in her restraining order petition.

 “These claims are not only untrue — they are being weaponized to damage my reputation and distract from the truth.” Phypers insisted. Additionally, he hinted at the blatant power play, as a temporary restraining order was granted to Richards. The alleged insisted on never having any aggressive outbursts, as claimed by the RHOBH star. Apparently, he had never put his hands on her or called her disrespectful names, regardless of the claims.

The ruling judge ordered Phypers to return the mentioned stolen device within 48 hours. The ruling forbade Phypers from sharing any ‘sensitive’ information or ‘private’ photos that he might have obtained from her devices.
