RHOBH: Aaron Phypers Made Shocking Claims In Recent Court Documents

Authorities released RHOBH’s Aaron Phypers after he posted a $200,000 bail. The police apprehended him in court previously on 4 charges. Two charges of injuring a spouse, co-habitant, fiance, boyfriend, girlfriend, or child’s parent are there. Also, the other two charges are of dissuading a witness by force or threat. However, he recently filed for an expedited spousal-support hearing. The holistic doctor has apparently been begging friends for money to buy food.

“I am in literal danger of being made homeless with no vehicle and no cell phone unless the hearing can be advanced to an earlier date,” Phypers claimed in the court documents. Furthermore, he claimed that there were substantial amounts of funds that were being controlled by Richards. His financial situation apparently keeps getting worse day by day. He’s on the verge of eviction. The car company has additionally subjected its pick-up truck to repossession.

Each day brings new explosive revelations in RHOBH star Denise Richards’ divorce battle. However, today, the spotlight is on the new court documents citing certain claims. Aaron Phypers has doubled down on the spousal support claims. He requested the court to expedite the hearing dates because he is apparently in dire need of money.

The numbers he sought in his citation surprised even the judge. In response to that, Richards submitted a new set of documents disclosing an imminent surgery. Her documents stated she “will be unavailable for a large portion of the month” in December due to a previously scheduled surgery. Her attorney additionally requested that the previously set hearing dates of January be pushed further back.

Furthermore, Richards’ attorney, Brett, a Berman requested the judge to fine Phypers for $2000 for “filing this unnecessary and frivolous ex parte application.” He further accused Aaron of “demonstrating conduct which ‘frustrates the policy of the law to promote settlement of litigation.’” “Instead of reducing the costs of litigation by encouraging cooperation, Phypers is only inflaming the situation and causing attorney fees to escalate,” Richard’s filing read.

The judge, consequently, denied Phyper’s request for an emergency hearing.
