Her estranged husband is the founder of an elite, global, real estate brokerage called ‘The Agency.’ Additionally, two of her daughters are also real estate agents. Christmas came early this year for her as Kyle Richards just gifted herself a new house. This house is meant to be just for her. She already owns several properties with her estranged husband, Mauricio. Those include her Bel-Air house spanning around 6,229 square feet and her Encino estate, where she currently resides. She also owns two more vacation homes, one in Aspen, Colorado.

Another one in Coachella Valley. The RHOBH veteran, however, hasn’t shed light on the location of the new property.
