RHOBH: California Bar DISBARRED Tom Girardi!
Tom Girardi and his ex-wife Erika Jayne tried to run away from US law. However, turns out that they did not succeed. The US government accused the ex-couple of tampering with the appropriated funds meant for the plane crash victims. Similarly, Erika Jayne seems to be the forefront woman of the case. Apart from that, TheSun reports that Tom Girardi cannot practice law in California anymore. The State Bar Court has charged Girardi with 14 counts of violations of ethnic rules of the California law. Meanwhile, the council has also accused Girardi of stealing millions of funds from the plane crash victims.
The State Bar Court has ordered Tom to pay $2 Million to four kids from the plane crash of Lion Air flight 610. Similarly, the State Bar will collect the money in any way permitted by law. Apart from that, Erika Jayne is also currently facing the suit for $50M as the court believes that she is the forefront woman of the racket scheme. Likewise, the law firm also claims that Jayne has stolen millions of money from RHOBH, which she showed nationwide. The firm is making the allegations by looking at Erika’s old social media posts.
Meanwhile, Girardi is under conservatorship. And according to the court, he is under no condition to make health-wise decisions. And last month, the Real Housewives star Jayne stated that Tom lives in a memory care facility. She continued that Girardi’s health would decline and further decline. Hence, there is no chance of it getting better. Well, it seems like Jayne is going to get in serious trouble.
RHOBH: Erika Jayne Knowingly Delays The Investigation Process
Tom and Erika’s case has become the limelight of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Each cast member is sitting heavy to know what was Jayne’s connection in the racket fraud scheme. Meanwhile, PageSix reported that the Superior Court of California had accused Jayne of hindering the investigation of a $5 million fraud. The California Franchise Tax Board suspended Jayne’s company, but Erika didn’t do anything to get the company out of the suspension. Therefore, the plaintiff’s attorney has accused Erika of hindering the investigation process.
Moreover, last Thursday, attorney Ronald requested a ten-day deadline for EJ Global to get itself out of the suspension period. That’s because not much time is left, and the opposite party needs to make some moves. Meanwhile, Erika’s lawyer is standing by her and trying to protect her at all costs.
