However, RHOBH star Taylor tried to hide the darkness in her life. But now, she is opening up and has revealed that there was someone else before Camille who called out on the toxic relationship. RHOBH: Wendy Williams Was The First One To Call Out The Abuse In Taylor Armstrong’s Marriage!

People turned on Brandi Glanville for publicly bashing Taylor Armstrong in a recent fight. However, considering the RHOBH audience, they aren’t overlooking the abuse that Taylor went through. The ex-Real Housewives star sat down with David Yontef on July 11 for the podcast “Behind The Velvet Rope.” During the episode, Taylor opened up about her toxic and abusive relationship with her late husband, Russel Armstrong. The reality star noted that her ex had red flags, mostly about jealousy and control. More so, there was a point where Taylor felt that her late husband might kill her.

Similarly, the RHOBH audience believes that Camille Grammer was the first to publicize the abuse. However, she wasn’t. The Bravo star has revealed that Wendy Williams was the first one ever to call her out on her toxic marriage. While doing the show Wendy Williams with Adrianne Maloof and Wendy, the latter made the abuse allegation during the interview. Williams blatantly questioned, “He abuses you, doesn’t he?” Taylor was taken aback by the question and couldn’t gather her thoughts. Taylor doesn’t remember what she said, but she was on national television.

Moreover, the reality star realized that Wendy Williams was the first one who could see the dynamic even in season one. After that, Twitter and tabloids were filled with people discussing the messed-up relationship. However, Taylor denied the speculations hoping to tone down the abuse. But things were out in the open, and nothing could be done to destroy the fire.

RHOBH: Why Did Taylor Try To Hide The Abuse?

Russel Armstrong committed suicide when he and Taylor got separated. However, the ex-wife reveals that Russel wasn’t a nice person, and he was into street fights before. He was a tough guy, and there was a time when the ex-wife felt Russel might kill her. Well, Taylor grew up without a father. Hence, she thought Russel came as a protector in her life. The RHOBH star also revealed she was insecure and weak. Therefore, she ended up giving everything to maintain her relationship.

Hence, when people like Wendy started calling out on the abuse, Taylor realized what she had gotten herself into. Wendy Williams told Taylor, “With all due respect, he is a disgusting man to you.” She then added that it was like abuse. However, the RHOBH tried to brush off the negative comments as she didn’t know how to react. Stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers for the latest updates on Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.
