Seeking Sister Wife: The Davis Family Previously Faced Challenges When Teresa Walked Away

In an earlier episode of Seeking Sister Wife, viewers first saw the signs of trouble as Teresa walked away during a discussion. The Davises were trying to address ongoing emotional issues, and April approached the topic by asking Teresa how she felt. Instead of answering, Teresa decided not to talk about it. She then insisted on going on a drive back home to clear her mind. April reminded her that avoiding such talks prevents any progress between them. But Teresa felt overwhelmed and stood up to leave.

Nick stepped in and told her they had reached a “crossroads,” yet Teresa interrupted him and walked out before he could finish. In her confessional, she admitted feeling ashamed because the Davises always showed her patience. Production tried to calm the situation, but Teresa removed her microphone and drove off. Nick later confessed that he wouldn’t chase after her because he needed stability in his home and couldn’t tolerate this behavior.

Seeking Sister Wife: April & Nick Say They’re Ready To Let Teresa Go As Fans Agree

Now, in the latest preview clip, April admits she is exhausted by the “constant negative energy” Teresa brings. She explains that every discussion feels like walking on eggshells, because they never know what Teresa might take personally. April soon gets emotional thinking about their upcoming baby. She adds that with Jennifer three weeks away from giving birth, they can’t afford chaos inside the home.

Nick agrees and says the issue is no longer about the family, it’s about Teresa’s relationship with herself. He tells April there is nothing the Davises can do to help her fix what she’s struggling with internally. April is still emotional from the conversation, and she further explains that they tried everything to make Teresa feel comfortable. Still, due to the chaos, they haven’t been able to enjoy Jennifer’s pregnancy. Jennifer also shares her thoughts and says the family gave Teresa enough chances, but they can’t keep going through the same cycle.

Nick later expresses his frustration in a confessional. He says it upsets him to see his wives emotional, and he dislikes how much stress Teresa brings into the household. He believes their family works beautifully as a trio and wants to protect that harmony. Fans online felt the same as the general opinion was that the three of them have good chemistry. Another said, “Your dynamic is good. No need to add someone who drains you.” A third noted that Teresa might not be healed from her past. They also felt that Teresa wanted Nick for herself.
