Everyone was shocked when she asked him to pick a side. Soon after, he became confused about whether he should choose Dannielle or Lorrana. The couple had wanted to introduce polygamy into their marriage for years.

However, his legal wife has seemed hesitant about her husband marrying someone else since the start of this season. Now, it appears that things are improving for them. Earlier, Seeking Sister Wife star Dannielle told her husband that she could not support his polygamy dream anymore. She shocked him when she said she wanted a prenup in place. Dannielle put him in a position where he had to choose between her and Lorrana. He admitted that the situation became very tense afterward. In the confessional, he added that if the show were to postpone the wedding, they might see Lorrana being deported to Brazil.

Later, he could not look at either of the women when they came face-to-face and confronted each other. However, he took Lorrana’s hand and comforted her. He later added that it was his choice to make the ultimate decision. But he also acknowledged that Dannielle has every right to seek a prenup, and he remains responsible toward her even after the divorce.

Seeking Sister Wife: Garrick Gets Emotional While Speaking About Danielle & Lorrana

Seeking Sister Wife fans were curious to know if Garrick really divorced Dannielle to marry Lorrana. However, it seems that things are getting back on track for the Merrifield family. TLC posted a video on their Instagram in which Garrick discussed how he and his legal wife divorced five years ago to bring in a sister wife.

He further told the cameras that the couple did not make that sacrifice for no reason. It seemed the family was preparing for Lorrana and Garrick to get married. In another scene, Garrick was all suited up, while Dannielle wore a beautiful blue dress. Back in the confessional, he said that they have been through a lot of heartbreak since they started living this way.

Back in the scene, Dannielle asked Lorrana to come downstairs, calling her “sister.” Soon after, Lorrana stepped out in a beautiful, short white dress. She kissed Garrick and then hugged Dannielle. Garrick added that there were a couple of people in their lives who were “bad apples.” He also said that it was nice to see Lorrana’s commitment and sincerity in loving Dannielle.

Soon after this, his eyes welled up with tears, and he added that she respected his entire family. He said that seeing someone come into the family and value them meant more to him than anything else.
