It seems that Teresa’s time with the Davises is over. Previously, Seeking Sister Wife fans saw how stressful things became for the family as they struggled to understand their potential sister wife. In the most recent episode, Nick, April, and Jennifer discussed that now is the time to say goodbye to Teresa and focus more on Jennifer’s baby.

Seeking Sister Wife: Teresa’s Insecurities Affected The Davis Family?

In a clip posted by TLC on Instagram, Seeking Sister Wife star April said to the cameras, “I am not sure if Teresa’s aware of how much energy it takes to put into helping her feel better.” In another scene, Nick was seen sitting with his wives while enjoying some non-alcoholic drinks. He also told Teresa that there are times when one questions whether this is the place where they belong.

It is quite evident that her insecurities, such as low confidence, are affecting the whole family. Jennifer stated that there will be things she might have to work through. In another scene, Teresa told the cameras that the family had tried to speak with her more often. She added that it is because of her “self-destructive” behavior. “And I run or sweep it under the rug,” she concluded.

TLC posted a preview video of Seeking Sister Wife. In the video, the Davis family was seen talking with Teresa. When Jennifer asked her how she was feeling, she replied, “stupid.” The potential sister wife added that she wanted some time to heal. Teresa added she would not be fit for any relationship until she loved herself. She further said that she needs time to reflect and do some deep soul-searching.

Teresa also added that she needs to understand self-love and who she is before she can offer anything to anyone else. Nick replied that the family would not stand in the way of that. Teresa said that she appreciates all of them for giving her space to heal. “Because I don’t want to put that burden on you guys to heal me, because as much as you are healers, I can be a huge burden,” she said tearfully.

She further acknowledged that she feels like a burden to the family, as Jennifer is pregnant and, because of her, they cannot focus on the baby’s arrival. Even in the last episode, April became emotional when she said they cannot take care of Jennifer because of Teresa. Nick added that no one has any hard feelings toward her. He also said that everyone agrees this would be better in the long term.

Teresa admitted that she would never find anyone else like the Davises and that no one could love her as they did. She added that she does not feel she deserves it. She broke down after saying that Nick is her best friend, and he hugged her to console her. Looks like the fans also agree that she should go her own way, as she does not really fit into the family.
