As per reports, Micah originally bought the plot for $2.8 million. The property is now registered with Emma at The Oppenheim Group. Although the show just introduced Emma’s new flame and his property. Micah first bought it in 2016 and has been working on it ever since. The property is now in Emma’s hands as Micah trusts her to find the right buyer. Moreover, Emma says that both of them found the right balance and hope to work together on future projects as well. It is a huge luxury home with five bedrooms, nine baths, a spa, double walk-in closets, a yoga studio, and a movie theater.
