In a video, YouTuber Amanda Ray shared that Christine got a Myrtle tree, raspberries, and roses to honor her three grandmothers. So, it seems the leg tattoo is not David’s face after all. The ‘face’ that fans thought was David’s is most likely the Myrtle tree.
