A few weeks ago, when Christine and David were on a casual date, Christine opened up about her past with Kody. She told David that Kody was a good person, and the two had a good time together. She further joked that David and Kody should hang out without her, as they would get along really well. However, David added that this wouldn’t change the way he sees Kody as a father. Christine reassured him that it was fine.

Moving ahead, she quipped, “Doesn’t mean you’re gonna be brother husbands!” Woolley couldn’t help but say, “Brother husbands? What the heck?” Soon after, the two burst into laughter. Kody explained “brother husband” as a cultural joke in the confessional. “The term Sister Wives gets used a lot; it just became a joke that brother husbands would be used too. But guys don’t usually work that way,” he said.

Sister Wives: David Unhappy With Kody’s Apology!

Fans saw that, during the mid-season trailer, Kody tried to make amends with everyone, including Christine. During a conversation with her husband, Christine said that “Kody might be wanting to extend an olive branch,” but admitted she did not know his motive. She also said she does not trust her ex-husband at all. When Kody joined the couple, he said he had some “fun stuff” to share.

Christine said that this made her a bit nervous. However, Kody apologized to his ex-wife for saying he didn’t love her. She wasn’t expecting that, nor was David. “This is my husband here. What do you think this is appropriate?” she said. Everyone quickly noticed that David seemed really agitated and frustrated. A Reddit user wrote, “He got to be sick of the Brown family drama.”

Another added that Kody looked like he was meeting with old friends. “He’s such a moron!” the same user added. A fan said they were glad David went with Christine. “Christine probably refused to Go without him and I don’t blame her,” another replied. Someone else said that one should never see their ex alone. A critic joked that David and Christine endured Kody for a paycheck.
