The Sister Wives patriarch recently contacted TLC to do something about his kids, who are negatively speaking about him online. Apparently, fans know that not all Brown kids have a great relationship with their father. Evidently, they saw their moms suffering in a toxic marriage. Not only this, but they never got the warmth and love that a child must get from his father. Hence, non of them truly like Kody and often speak negatively about him. Sister Wives: Kody Brown Wants TLC To Silence His Kids Legally
The Sister Wives fans know that Christine decided to end her marriage after decades in 2021. Though her initial years were really good and full of love, they slowly deteriorated and became toxic. Indeed, her kids noticed that their mom suffered badly in her marriage. Hence, during their divorce, all the kids chose the matriarch’s side and were happy that she wasn’t living with their dad anymore. Moreover, star kid Paedon is not very fond of his dad, Kody Brown. Therefore, he is often spotted throwing shade at his father publically. But it seems that now the father of 18 is taking steps to zip up his children’s mouths.
Apparently, Paedon recently appeared on John Yates’s show and talked about his dead relationship with his dad. Amidst the conversation, he revealed that his estranged father recently called him out of the blue when he was doing his military things. He further admitted that this call was after months of being in the stranger phase. Hence, after months Kody called him and had a really nice conversation for about an hour. Indeed, the poor kid thought that maybe he could get his father back now.
But as the world knows, Kody never does anything without a hidden agenda. Apparently, the very next day, Christine revealed her estranged husband’s mission. As per Paedon, his mother has been fighting with his dad as he is trying to convince TLC to alter his children’s contracts. Evidently, those contracts will have a clause that the Sister Wives star kids cannot negatively talk about Kody online. Hence, if this happens, the network has all the right to sue the kids. Clearly, Kody called all his kids and had hours of conversation with them so that he could silence them.
Sister Wives: Christine Again Clashes With Kody For Her Children’s Rights
The Sister Wives star Christine completely opposed Kody’s idea to alter their kid’s contracts. Paedon revealed to the cameras that his mother has been arguing as she opines that her estranged husband shouldn’t control her kids that way. Not only this, but the star kid also added that the matriarch took their side and argued that Kody could not tell her children what they could and could not say about him. In addition to that, she advised the father of 18 that he needed to earn his children’s love back.
However, as per Paedon, TLC took Christine’s side. Apparently, they also thought it would be unfair to put such a clause in their agreement. Not only this, but the network simply said that they dont think they should do that. Hence, after trying his level best, the patriarch decided to call each and every child and normalize his relationship with them so that the star kids won’t say anything against him. However, this step further deteriorated their relationship as now kids know the real agenda of Kody and his too-good behavior.
