Kody admitted he considered a “backdoor deal” to allow him and Janelle to sell the land without Meri knowing.

He wanted to do so, so he could take control of the funds and distribute them later as he pleased. Kody blamed Meri for delaying any progress as she didn’t sign the paperwork. But Meri felt she was being unnecessarily targeted. Robyn and Kody claimed that Robyn was the one who stopped the deal. She allegedly came into the picture and demanded that the deal be fair to Meri.
