Meri and Kody’s only child, Leon, had quite a journey on Sister Wives. Before their transition, they had come out to the family as lesbian. They also had quite a few moments on the show as they introduced their significant other, Audrey Kriss. But after massive changes, they haven’t been a part of the series, perhaps to avoid trolling and protect their peace.
But fans noticed something special during Christine and David’s wedding special. It turns out both Leon and Audrey ended up coming back on the show after their transitions! So, how did it go? Will Leon now become a permanent part of the series?
Sister Wives: Leon Brown Spotted At Christine’s Wedding! Returns After Transition!
Leon Brown took to Instagram in June 2022 to reintroduce themselves. They let everyone know that their pronouns now were “they/they” while coming out as “trans” and “non-binary.” Since then, not everyone from the Brown family has accepted them. While Meri has been a proud ally, she was upfront about how much she loves her child.
Surprisingly, Leon has been on good terms with Christine Brown as well. At first, Sister Wives fans thought this might not be the case as the former third wife and Meri never got along. But viewers spotted them at the wedding with their partner, Audrey Kriss. Both of them smiled wide as they posed for the extended family photo.
But that was the only scene from Christine and David’s wedding special that had Leon and Audrey. As mentioned above, it could be because they might not have plans to continue with the show. After all, the audience has not seen Leon on screens since their transition. It is not easy being openly trans, especially after the rest of the family has had a very restricted and religious mindset.
But the Sister Wives fans were happy after finding out Christine extended the invitation to Leon and Audrey. Kody, Robyn, and Meri were not a part of the wedding. While Janelle and all her kids came as the former is her best friend and their bond has not faded away even after they left the Brown family.

As mentioned before, not everyone in the Brown family was accepting of Leon Brown’s transition. As per a source, the Sister Wives polygamist was not at all supportive of this change. In fact, he said that they had become a “different person” and were unrecognizable. In fact, the whole thing was rather “disgusting” for Kody.
The same source mentioned how Kody and Meri’s bond also deteriorated more after the former’s ill attitude towards Leon. That is probably why the latter must not be comfortable appearing on the show. In fact, their social media presence also makes fans feel that they keep a low-key profile in the public space.
