Kody laughed again and said it was comical that his former wives, who’d been out of the picture for years, were still pointing fingers at Robyn. He clearly wanted to turn the tables, but the truth was out by then.

Apparently, anything that she would exclusively tell Robyn, the catfisher, would somehow end up known.

But how was that even possible? Well, Meri revealed that at that time, Robyn was friends with someone who personally knew the catfisher. Hence, there was a loop in which Meri would confide in Robyn, she would speak to her friend, and before Meri knew it, the catfisher knew everything. This is why Meri openly admitted that there was a “huge lack of trust.”

Amid all this, Meri is still trying to see the silver lining. She believes that Robyn’s intention was not to hurt her, and she was perhaps simply trying to help her. But Meri felt that Robyn’s intervention was actually making things worse. Hence, she begged Robyn to stop talking about her altogether. She even insisted that such things were only pouring fuel on an already raging fire, and it was making things worse.
