Further, the case takes a U-turn, and it was found that Vasquez is responsible for all. He is the one who also killed a reporter Robert. The reporter’s only fault was that he was writing an article on Guatemalan immigrants, and Vasquez himself was the same. Later on, Garrett and Carlos get involved in the fight for revenge.
