A mother always knows what is good and what is not for her daughter. Teen Mom OG reunion brought many close and a few away from each other. Fans also saw Amber Portwood walking out of the reunion. This is because Leah’s mother can not trust Gary Shirley’s wife on parenting. The star ended things on a positive note and thanks to Gary for standing by her side. Amber then left. Teen Mom: Amber Portwood Appreciates Gary Shirley, Still Walks Out Of The Reunion
Part One of the Teen Mom OG reunion aired on April 20. Amber Portwood, 30, was seen walking off the camera after watching a moment from the past. US Weekly report Portwood finding Shirley responsible for coming in between her and Leah. She also finds herself responsible for parting away Amber from her daughter. However, Gary denied agreeing on the same. To this, Portwood claims Gary to be a nice person. The 30-year-old spoke about ending things on a positive note. Amber says, “I’m going to stop this right now because we’re going to end this. I’m going to end this on a positive note.” She further thanked Gary for letting her see the clip.
Amber appreciates Gary for taking her side but thinks his wife to be a ‘horrible’ person. The star then went on to appreciate and praise Gary. Amber says to have known Gary for almost 15 years, and she knows that he is a good person, in fact, a great one. She continued, “You have always been there for me.” She does trust Gary but can not do the same with his wife. Amber claims Kristina Shirley to sit there and get in the way of her and her daughter again and again. Opposite of Kristina, Amber recognizes Gary to have always pushed her towards her daughter.
The star didn’t want to create an issue out of it. Indeed she stated, “So, I’m going to go ahead and leave.” Amber, further thanked and wished Gary to have a good day ahead. Gary kept saying that Kristina has not come in between Amber and her daughter. Well, Amber listened to none and walked off the cameras.
Teen Mom: Leah Don’t Think Her Mother Has Done Anything Other Than Giving Birth
There is a lot of misunderstanding happening around. Amber finds Kristina to have interrupted her and Leah’s relationship. On the other hand, Lea thinks that her mother, Amber, has never been there for her. Moreover, fans saw the 12-year-old gushing out on March 30’s episode of Teen Mom OG. The teenager says, “(my mom and I) don’t have a bond like that. Twelve years and she has not really done anything… All she did was give birth to me.” Well, that seemed really harsh to hear. Leah feels that her birth mother is not much involved in her life. Now, she doesn’t even want her mother to be there in her life.
On the other hand, Amber explained to her fans through a live video that she tries to invest more time with Leah. The star further slammed Gary and Kristina for not taking care of her daughter.
