Kristina said that she would support Leah no matter what. Leah added that if it takes more than two years, then the process is useless.

Leah sent her a simple text message, saying that no one influenced her decision, emphasizing that it was her solo decision to cut ties with Amber.
Leah further clarified that she doesn’t want to hurt her mother, but she wants to get closure and move on in life. She wants to establish healthy boundaries between her and Amber, as she wants her stepmom to adopt her. It was a seemingly normal text message with no disrespect, but Amber lashed out at Gary and Leah after reading it. She called Gary a lot of names, like a ‘nasty man’ and a ‘prick,’ and even told her daughter to respect her and stay within her boundaries.
She further claimed that Leah is just 16 years old and she should act like one. Leah wants to have a normal relationship with her mom. So, Leah should just automatically cooperate because Amber rules the world, right? It’s comical how Amber is lashing out at other people, but not recognizing her toxic behavioral traits.
