According to TheSun, he is currently in jail for three charges. Moreover, he was arrested for driving without a license. Also, other charges include failing to appear for two outstanding warrants. As per the court, Luis failed to appear for driving with a suspended license. Other charges include driving with a suspended, revoked, canceled, or disqualified license and expired registration for mobile homes.
Although these are the charges against the infamous Teen Mom star. It is still unclear what led to Luis’ primary arrest. During the trial, Stella’s father appeared weary and exhausted.
