Teen Mom: Chelsea Houska Clashes With Farrah Abraham Over Parenting Decision!

MTV: CHELSEA & FARRAH

Farrah Abraham joined 16 & Pregnant in 2008 to document the birth of her first child, Sophia Laurent Abraham. Unfortunately, her high school lover, Derek Underwood, died in a tragic car accident and could not witness the birth of his child. Later, she was cast in the spin-off series of Teen Mom with various other former cast members. Although producers have cast her in other shows, Teen Mom is what made her gain fame.

Sophia is the only child Farrah has that also suffers from anxiety and depression. Fans have previously called her out for sharing personal info about her child. However, Morgan Freeman fired her in October 2017 for entering the adult industry. Although this time, the child’s face-piercing decision caused an uproar, majorly because another Teen Mom alum sounded against it. Here’s all you need to know about it.

Teen Mom: Farrah Abraham & Chelsea Houska Are On Different Pages In Face Piercing Decision For Children!

The internet is uproar since Farrah Abraham announced support for her daughter’s face-piercing decision. She defended the decision by supporting her daughter and her teenage wishes. The Teen Mom alum stated that she is against drinking or having sex at a younger age. Further, she shared that she has seen tough times with her teenage child. However, another Teen Mom alum, Chelsea Houska, has a different take. She is married to Cole DeBoer, and they share four children, including the one from her previous relationship. Chelsea is an infamous personality on Instagram and has a huge following of 6.7 million. Hence, her take majorly blew off a little heat. The reality-tv star is a little reserved about allowing things to her children. Chelsea expressed that she would if she let her daughter get her septum pierced. Although the businesswoman is not against piercing, she feels thirteen is too young to do it.

She asked her daughter to wait until she turned sixteen, and then she would be ready to reevaluate. However, Houska is okay with her daughter’s choice to get her ears pierced, but face piercing is what will have to wait. Even though she had and has piercings, Chelsea feels it is a thoughtful decision that should not be taken in a hurry, especially at a young age. She didn’t particularly call out Farrah Abraham, but people feel it was an opinion towards her parenting decision. In general, the Teen Mom house is hostile towards Abraham.

Teen Mom: Farrah Abraham Calls Out Parent Shamers On Instagram!

In a video, the Teen Mom alum answered the people calling her out on Instagram. In the caption, she stated that she has doors open for parent shamers because she was also one. However, Farrah Abraham feels that teenagers need compassion at the moment. Her support comes mainly from the loss of Sophia’s father, who died young due to underage drinking.

Moreover, the little girl is learning about herself, sex education, self-love, mental health, and more. However, on her mother’s part, there are greater things to worry about and control, and face piercing definitely does not fall into that pit for her as a parent.
