Cheyenne Floyd had been in a very traumatic incident. The Teen Mom star was a part of a drive-by-shooting. She also had her kids with her, so the whole incident was scarier for the star. However, that wasn’t the end of the nightmare.
Floyd had tried to save herself but might have damaged another’s property in the process. The people in question had even sued Cheyenne for the damage. But it seems like they had a change of heart, as the court has now dismissed the car crash lawsuit.
Teen Mom: Court Dismissed Cheyenne’s Lawsuit
Cheyenne Floyd had a traumatic experience with a drive-by shooting. She also had her family in the car, so she tried to save all of them. The Teen Mom star might have crashed her car into another car to escape the shooter. All this occurred in August 2021.
While Cheyenne was able to escape the shooting, she could not escape a lawsuit. The people whose car she had driven her car into had filed a lawsuit against Cheyenne. According to the court papers, the Plaintiffs suffered high property loss and damage, along with livelihood loss and heavy medical bills. They had stopped at a waiting red light when the accident occurred.
The case against Cheyenne had many charges, including careless operation of her vehicle, which caused the injury and damage. Plaintiffs also suffered a “loss of earning capacity” due to the accident. Apparently, Cheyenne had “rear-ended” the Plaintiffs’ car. The plaintiffs sued Star for the damage on June 7, 2023.
According to the case reports, the plaintiffs had sued Cheyenne for $25000. They had also included the shooter as the damage was also because of him. However, The US Sun reported that the court dismissed the Teen Mom star’s case. The Plaintiff’s had requested for the dismissal on January 31.
Teen Mom: Cheyenne Parties With A Kardashian BFF
Apparently, Cheyenne is partying with someone from The Kardashian’s close circle. Fans saw photos of her photos at a party and were shocked. As the latter’s Instagram story indicated, Cheyenne and Zach were partying with Yris Palmer.
In Yris’s story, fans saw Zach and Cheyenne pose with two other couples. Cheyenne was in a black gown with a sweetheart neckline. The Teen Mom star completed the look with her shiny pointed heels. Zach was wearing a white shirt with a black suit and white sneakers. Fans were in shock after they saw the photo. One fan posted the picture on Reddit, saying the pair were partying with Yris, “Kylie’s friend.” They guessed Cheyenne’s daughter had met and might have been friends with Yris’s daughter.
Many fans did not guess Cheyenne was this rich. However, a fan pointed out that the star was always “celebrity adjacent.” They guessed Cheyenne might also “know the Kardashians.” A few fans have also guessed the same, saying the Kardashians’ kids and Cheyenne’s daughter go to the same school.
