Teen Mom fame Jenelle Evans has been making headlines recently. Sometimes for her court hearings, sometimes for her eccentric fashion choices, and sometimes for her family drama. However, her divorce drama with ex David Eason takes the cake! The former soulmates are still currently butting heads at court hearings. They finalized their divorce earlier this year.

But their divorce drama doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon. As fans might recall, Jenelle recently filed a new motion in court. She requested that the judge hold David in “contempt of court” for his irresponsibility. After that court hearing, Eason isn’t staying quiet either. He also filed another motion asking the judge to issue an arrest warrant for her. The Teen Mom star allegedly owes him $9K as part of a divorce settlement that she refused to pay.

Jenelle Evans’ latest reveal, ahead of the holidays, officially takes the cake. The Teen Mom star just unveiled her brand new birthday look. Previously, she was very vocal about wanting to get cosmetic surgery. Hence, the reality TV star has treated herself to the ultimate gift for her birthday. The MTV star has undergone several cosmetic procedures, including a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck.

She even took it a step further, hiring a professional photographer to document the entire surgery for her YouTube channel. Evans reasoned her decision, revealing how her workout routines or clean diet weren’t working. Therefore, after having three kids, she wanted to gift herself a better body with her “mommy makeover.” She also posted before-and-after photos to show the apparent difference.

Teen Mom: David Eason Filed For New Motion In Retaliation To Jenelle’s Last Motion!

Teen Mom star, Jenelle Evans’ divorce drama just got a bit more tense. Looks like it’ll drag over the holidays. Although the former couple finalized their divorce earlier this year, their drama isn’t anywhere near its end. A month ago, Evans approached the authorities and requested that they summon her ex-husband and question him about why he has not paid the loans and debts he incurred after the divorce was settled in July.

She revealed that her credit score was dwindling due to David’s irresponsible behavior. Thus, it led to another court hearing, in which the judge favored Jenelle. However, he seems to have gone down without a fight. He retaliated with much vigor. He had requested the judge to hold her in contempt of the divorce court order.

The former Teen Mom star had allegedly refused to pay the total of $9K she owes him. Apparently, she hasn’t paid her share of the divorce settlement the court ordered her to pay to David. “The Defendant prays…the Court attach the Plaintiff, Jenelle Eason, with contempt of court and imprison her as long as the civil contempt continues,” his motion read.

“As of the date of the filing of this motion, Plaintiff has made only two payments in October and November 2025, and has failed to remit the required payments for August and September…” the motion continued.
