So far, fans have heard many of Jenelle’s arguments against David. They range from his erratic behavior to his killing their pets and being emotionally abusive. So it is no surprise that they are hearing one more. But this time, the Teen Mom star is pleading with the court to take away her ex’s weapons. He might hurt the family.
Teen Mom: Jenelle Pleads The Court To Take David’s Weapons As He Might Cause Harm
Fans already know David has harmed Jenelle and her kids’ family pets. But now, the Teen Mom star is scared he might hurt the family. Ashleyrealityroundup has proof that Jenelle has pleaded with the court to order David to turn in his “weapons” stash. She doesn’t feel that she and the kids are safe.
In her “Identifying Information” paperwork, Jenelle noted that David had “guns” without permission. She said he was a “potential threat” as he took a number of her things, like her pistol and a 300 Blackout rifle. They “are registered” in Jenelle’s name, and he took them without permission.
Jenelle has alleged that David habitually makes verbal threats against people when angry. His erratic physical behavior and history of violence scare her. The star said David “threatens to shoot people or use his weapons” against people, making him mad. Since David has already killed two of their pets, this fear is justified. Jenelle also checked the box that said David “made threats to commit suicide.” He told her “things would be better” if he died.
The sad news is that the Judge denied the Teen Mom star’s Ex Parte DV protective order for her and the kids. But he did set the date for another hearing later this month. Jenelle and David will have a chance to argue their case. The judge will then decide whether to grant Jenelle a non-ex parte Domestic Violence Order of Protection.

In the same plea, Jenelle asked the court to grant her custody of the family’s pets. Since David had killed two before, she didn’t want a repeat of that. The Teen Mom star also claimed that David has made numerous visits to The Land to “harass her.”
David’s abusive behavior caused Janelle to have PTSD. Now, the star is trying to protect herself and her kids. However, it may be difficult as the court rejected her recent plea. She has stated that David has a “history of physically acting out.”
