It turns out she allegedly hit a security guard from a club. Furthermore, the incident happened when the star was clubbing with a friend in Hollywood. As per an eyewitness, the employees wanted her to leave when she was reported to assault someone in the venue. Later on, she ended up slapping the guard after refusing to leave, as per the allegations.
Moreover, the police were not involved at the initial level. Despite this, the reports say that somebody involved the “paramedics”. After this, Farrah allegedly called the cops for “backup”. Although there is no confirmation about this, the guard supposedly made a “citizen’s arrest” on her. Furthermore, the LA cops booked the former TV star under “misdemeanor assault”. Despite this, she was free to walk after being in custody for nearly two hours.

Then, the MTV alum presented an argument saying she doesn’t “deserve” to face such attacks. Later on, she also thanked “Hollywood police” for saving her from being “held against” her will. Last but not least, the Teen Mom star ended the post by saying it is a “scary unsafe” world for women to live in.
However, even after Farrah’s 2 cents, the reality show fans didn’t buy her side of the story. In fact, a Redditor posted about the star’s history relating to former assault cases and legal troubles.
