It turns out that Farrah made headlines in January 2022 for hitting a peace officer while partying in Hollywood. Well, the same case is back in the limelight. Apparently, the prosecutors have filled a “battery” charge under her name, officially. As per the reports, the official charge came into being on June 2, 2022.
Due to the abovementioned charge, Farrah has to pay a visit to Los Angeles County court tomorrow, i.e., June 23, 2022, as per Starcasm. In fact, this incident could either be presented as a felony or misdemeanor. Owing to this, Farrah could be serving jail time for up to a year if found guilty. Moreover, the ex-Teen Mom star would also have to pay a $2000 fine. However, all of these possibilities would depend upon the level of harm caused to the peace officer. But, there is another possibility that Farrah will merely face probation and pay a small amount as a fine.
