While many people opt for temporary press-on fangs for Halloween, the 16-year-old chose to have permanent fangs applied to her teeth. The new fangs will last for 10 years or longer. Sophia revealed that she went to a dentist in Las Vegas for the procedure. Her fans supported and cheered her decision.

They were even more impressed by the support Farrah showed her daughter. Dr. Tom Lawler of Vegas Smile Suite performed Sophia’s “fang transformation.” According to the website, the procedure is quite expensive, with a single tooth enhancement estimated to cost between $800 and $1,200. Sophia likely got one on each of her canine teeth. The website also claims that permanent fangs can last up to 10–15 years, or even longer if properly maintained.

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham and her daughter, Sophia, recently appeared on Jeff Fargo’s “Fargo Talks” podcast, where the 16-year-old shared her thoughts on teenage pregnancy. She said, “If you know what sex is as a man, I feel like you should get a vasectomy especially when you’re a teenager.” Sophia also stated that she doesn’t support teen pregnancy but does support supporting teen mothers.

The 16-year-old further added that she thinks everyone should do this, rather than shame the teen moms. She said that shaming only makes their already complicated lives more difficult. When Farrah asked her why she didn’t end up pregnant as a teen, Sophia replied, “Because I have sex education.” Abraham added that she wanted to teach her daughter sex education so she would understand what causes struggles in young parents’ lives.

Farrah also added that the struggles a teenage mother faces are ‘just a feature in society.’ She said she felt ashamed to share her journey. “But again, like, if you could help someone feel better or if you could see what they’re struggling through or if someone needs help, that’s helping a generation give back,” she added.
