He asked the judge to imprison Jenelle for refusing to pay the total of $9K she owes him. Turns out, Jenelle had gotten the whiff of the matter. She has also responded to David’s new stunt.

Jenelle took to her Facebook to post a response. She shared a link to an article that included David’s exclusive interview about the motion he filed. “David is trying to get me in jail…” the caption read. A few hours later, she additionally posted a cryptic story on her Facebook. “This was my last year being understanding, so good luck to everyone,” the story read.

Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans’ legal battles with ex David Eason continue down a nasty path. At this point, their legal battles are nothing but a to-and-fro of new motions of contempt charges. A few months ago, Evans approached the authorities and asked that they summon her ex-husband and question him about why he has not paid the loans and debts he incurred after the divorce was settled in July.

Therefore, she had filed a new motion asking the judge to imprison Eason on “contempt of court” charges. In retaliation, David had filed another motion requesting that the judge hold her in contempt of the divorce court order. Apparently, she hasn’t paid her share of the court-ordered divorce settlement to David.

She apparently “willfully” refuses to pay the total of $9K she owes him. They both appeared in court this Monday to face each other on those contempt charges. However, the hearing was very straightforward, without any drama. Jenelle was fashionably late to the hearing, while David was on time.

Both of their attorneys insisted that they had reached a conclusion and agreed to drop the new motions. Despite a clear showdown this time, they will still be facing each other in court in March.
