Apparently, in March 2024, Evans requested that he undergo a psychological evaluation before visiting their daughter, Ensley.
Speaking to a media outlet, Jenelle Evans revealed that she doesn’t think David is a suitable parent to Ensley. She also addressed his insistence that he and both are suitable to have custody and supervision of the daughter, but she disagrees. She also highlighted how David has yet to undergo the aforementioned psychological evaluation. The Teen Mom alum also shared a few controversial and sly tweets on the platform, hinting at David’s messed-up history.

She didn’t talk about it in detail, but gave us a sly hint. In June, she shared a tweet with the hashtag ‘TheyNotLikeUs.’ The diva made it clear that she was referring to the hit Kendrick Lamar song. She further added that the person she’s talking about is a certified lover boy. In a way, she implied that the thing that comes next in the song is a pedophile. It was a hint at David’s sexual history.
In a way, she even shared that this is the main reason she wants him to undergo a psychological evaluation. She further added that David was involved in the ‘Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.’ Her words were a clear implication towards David’s history of being a pedophile, and she previously claimed that he sexually exploited a minor. She even filed a search warrant against him. In the file, she requested the court to issue an order to search David’s personal space and vehicle to find suspicious items.
In the warrant, it was mentioned that the authorities will look for evidence for David against his first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor charges.
