Jenelle Evans is not having a great time. Previously, the diva was in a tiff with her ex-boyfriend, August Keen, and then she got into an intense fight with her own son, Jace. Things have now taken a different turn as Jenelle is preparing to fight against her estranged husband, David Eason. It’s so weird that at one point, she was madly in love with him, and now the two are fighting for the divorce and custody of their daughter.
The Teen Mom alum has requested that the court, through her attorney, Brandon, give her some extra time to respond to David’s “filing claims.” David submitted his file last month and demanded full custody of their daughter, Ensley. He even wanted child support and a lot more. It seems like the diva is collecting evidence to fight against her estranged husband, David. We all know that Jenelle will fight tooth and nail against him and won’t lose this easily.
Teen Mom: Jenelle Evans’ Ex, David Eason Got Into Another Legal Trouble!
David Eason from Teen Mom can’t seem to stay out of trouble for long. He recently got into another legal soup with the court. However, this time it’s quite serious. As per the latest report, he is in legal trouble for sexually exploiting a minor.
The court has also requested permission to search his home, vehicle, and other valuable items. The court is sure that they’ll find evidence in his house. It is a case of first-degree sexual exploitation case against a minor.
Teen Mom: Jenelle Requests Some Extra Time To Respond To David’s Claims
Jenelle and David’s divorce is not a harmonious affair. Rather, the two are fighting against each other with all their might. With each hearing, they are trying to prove that the other one is wrong. A month back, David submitted his file and revealed that all the claims his Teen Mom ex made against him were untrue. On the contrary, he was the primary caregiver to their daughter while he was living with them.
David further added that he also cared for Jenelle’s other kids, such as Jace and Kaiser. He refused Jenelle’s claims that he had not met his daughter for a year. He explained that Jenelle had a restraining order against him, which prevented him from contacting his daughter. No matter how hard he tried, he could not get through. He then demanded custody of his daughter. He further requested the court to grant him child support from Jenelle.
After his file, Jenelle requested that the judge give her some extra time to respond to David’s claims. On Wednesday, the North Carolina judge approved Jenelle’s request. She got the additional time to prepare for her reply. Jenelle still has a few days in her hand to reply. The Teen Mom alum requested the judge to give her extra 30 days to get things ready. However, she has to prepare before May 26.
A few days back, Jenelle posted on Facebook that she had to force herself to be a mother. It seems like David has read it and is giving her a chance to get out of the situation. Furthermore, she was also trolled after she was spotted partying with her friends while her son was asking for help with his mental health.
