Teen Mom fame Jenelle Evans has been making headlines recently. Her increasingly concerning social media activities have made her the subject of severe ridicule lately. However, her divorce drama with ex David Eason takes the cake! The former soulmates are still currently butting heads at court hearings. The former soulmates finalized their divorce earlier this year.

They were once so enamoured by each other that they gushed about one another continuously. They used to be obsessed with each other. However, reality seeped in as David’s unhinged behavior surfaced. Hence, Jenelle filed for divorce. Jenelle recently also filed a new motion in court. She requested that the judge hold David in “contempt of court” for his irresponsibility. Eason also filed another motion asking the judge to issue an arrest warrant for her.

Jenelle Evans’ divorce drama just got a bit more tense. At the last court hearing, the judge favored Jenelle and her motion. However, David Eason didn’t stand down. He retaliated by filing for another motion in court. He had requested the judge to hold her in contempt of the divorce court order.

Apparently, she hasn’t paid her share of the divorce settlement the court ordered her to pay to David. “The Defendant prays…the Court attach the Plaintiff, Jenelle Eason, with contempt of court and imprison her as long as the civil contempt continues,” his motion read. “As of the date of the filing of this motion, Plaintiff has made only two payments in October and November 2025, and has failed to remit the required payments for August and September…” the motion continued.

As fans might recall, Teen Mom star Jenelle recently filed a new motion in court. She requested that the judge hold David in “contempt of court” for his irresponsibility. A month ago, Evans approached the authorities and asked that they summon her ex-husband and question him about why he has not paid the loans and debts he incurred after the divorce was settled in July.

She revealed that her credit score was dwindling due to David’s irresponsible behavior. Thus, it led to another court hearing, in which the judge favored Jenelle. However, David Eason isn’t seemingly backing down without a fight. In retaliation, he filed a new motion requesting that the judge imprison Jenelle for refusing to pay the total of $9K she owes him.

Turns out, Jenelle had gotten the whiff of the matter. She has also responded to David’s new stunt. The Teen Mom star took to her Facebook to post a response. She shared a link to an article that included David’s exclusive interview about the motion he filed. “David is trying to get me in jail…” the caption read.

A few hours later, she additionally posted a cryptic story on her Facebook. “This was my last year being understanding, so good luck to everyone,” the story read.
