Teen Mom alum David Eason just dragged his divorce drama with Jenelle Evans. At the last court hearing, the judge favored her and her motion. However, he retaliated by filing another motion in court, requesting that the judge apprehend her. Apparently, she hasn’t paid her share of the divorce settlement the court ordered her to pay to David, which is over $9k.

“The Defendant prays…the Court attach the Plaintiff, Jenelle Eason, with contempt of court and imprison her as long as the civil contempt continues,” his motion read. “As of the date of the filing of this motion, Plaintiff has made only two payments in October and November 2025, and has failed to remit the required payments for August and September…” the motion continued.
