Apparently, Kailyn had given birth to her son Rio in secret. However, a major incident occurred during his birth. She also uploaded a clip of the same on her Instagram. However, fans think the baby in the clip’s thumbnail is one of the twins. So, did Kailyn reveal one of her twins in the photo?!

MTV star Kailyn had kept her son Rio’s birth a secret from the fans. However, she did reveal that in an October episode of the Barely Famous Podcast. And now, in a new episode, the Teen Mom star revealed a traumatizing story about Rio’s birth. Kailyn and Elijah shared the incident. She had posted the clip online. However, the clip’s thumbnail grabbed the audience’s attention the most.
The fans could see baby Rio lying on Elijah’s chest in the thumbnail. However, one fan was of a different opinion. They took to Reddit to voice their opinion. Sharing a screenshot of the thumbnail, they wrote that it wasn’t Rio. They think she “may have” shared the picture “by mistake.”
Not stopping there, the fan used the baby’s hair as proof. They said that “Rio has much more hair than the baby in the pic.” So the fan firmly believes that Kailyn “accidentally” uploaded the picture “in the IG thumbnail.”
Even after such a detailed analysis by the fan, others were not convinced. A fan said that Kailyn doesn’t do “this kind of stuff on accident.” They added that the photo was there to “drive up interest, (and) attention”. Another fan had recalled that their baby had a “full head of hair” when they were born. However, the baby “went bald” when the fan “brought them home,” so it was normal. This fan meant that the baby “could still be Rio,” even if he had less hair.
Other Teen Mom fans also think the baby in the picture is Rio. They believed that the “twins would(n’t) be this big yet.” A fan also said that “the longer” they “look(ed) the more sure” they were “that it’s Rio.

Kailyn had given birth to Rio in secret. But the Teen Mom star recently announced his birth on her Barely Famous Podcast. And in a more recent update, the star even shared a terrifying story of Rio’s birth.
Kailyn let Elijah tell the story. Elijah shared that the incident happened when Kailyn was “either six or seven weeks” pregnant. The pair had gone for the “ultrasound.” But after the process, when they asked the “tech,” he didn’t say anything. Kailyn had pushed for answers, asking the tech if “there” was a “heartbeat.” But she got a very traumatic answer – “no”.
Elijah also recalled that Kailyn “cried all weekend.” The pair had been trying to get pregnant for a long time, so this was a pleasant, unexpected pregnancy. However, after the doctor’s answer, Kailyn was understandably upset. She described the whole experience as a “whiplash”. But the good news is that the tech found a heartbeat in the next ultrasound.
