It looks like Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry is once again involved in a defamation drama. The star is famous for picking a fight with everyone. Although, she has always been on sour terms with co-star Briana DeJesus. But Kailyn has now filed a lawsuit in Florida against Briana for Defamation. Teen Mom: Kailyn Files A Defamation Lawsuit Against Briana DeJesus
Kailyn Lowry is always seen to pick up the fight with Briana. At the same time, Briana knows the best how to hit back to Kailyn. Briana and Kailyn also have had a very long history of going back and forth. Recently, Briana made a statement about Lowry on social media, which hiked the fight all over again. In the Instagram live stream, Briana called out Kailyn for breaking Chris Lopez’s mother’s house and beating Chris. And as a consequence, Without A Crytal Ball reported that Teen Mom star Kailyn is now taking the matter to court. The star has filed a defamation lawsuit against Briana.
As per the reports, the lawsuit claims that Kailyn lowry brought up the action against defendant Briana for defamation. The file claims, “Defendant, long time foe of Lowry, asserted that lowry physically beat Christopher Lopez, the father of two of Lowry’s sons, and broke into and entered the home of Mr. Lopez’s mother.” The nature of the case claims that the statement brought up by Briana on social media is untrue. Moreover, the lawsuit says that the claims were made for the purpose of causing harm. The lawsuit reads, “Defendant not only harmed Lowry, but she also lined her own pockets while doing so.”
Teen Mom: The Bad Blood Drama Continues
Kailyn claims that she has never been charged with ‘breaking and entering crime.’ Indeed, what Briana told her fans on live stream was nothing but a false statement. Kailyn must have cleared this out with Briana personally. Instead, she chose to go the legal way and brand herself. The lawsuit filed explains the bad blood between Lowry and Defendant Briana. It sums up all the fights in which Lowry and Briana were ever involved.
The lawsuit claims that 10,300 people joined Briana’s Instagram live. Therefore, the false message has been spread to many. But to fans, it seems that the lawsuit is more of a PR strategy. Kailyn claims whatever Briana said was false as she was not arrested on the charge of ‘breaking and entering.’ Although, she was arrested but on a different charge. And Briana is talking about something which does not rightly affect Kailyn’s brand name. MTV now has two cast members fighting together.
