On her Instagram handle, the Teen Mom often wants to know what her followers are up to while sharing her own experiences as well. Apart from sharing things about her four young boys, she used the platform to talk about herself in the interactive Instagram story. However, after an ask anything session, a shocking revelation came to the viewer’s notice. Looks like the mother-of-4 wanted her well-wishers to enquire her about “good stuff only”.
After replying to many questions, she chose a response from a follower who claimed she “looked like a bad b*tch” in her post. Furthermore, Lowry revealed that she “got diagnosed” with “depression”. Hence, the celebrity was in need of a “pick me up”. Finally, the TV star concluded by saying she “appreciates” all her fans. This isn’t the first time the TV personality has struggled with bad mental health. Along with her TV show appearances, Teen Mom Kailyn Lowry is also a podcaster. Through the years, she has hosted various audio-based shows. In a podcast by the name of ‘The Things That Shape Us’, she recalled when the mother was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder. While talking about a challenging period in her life, she recalled being 17 and having a lot of “trauma” by that time. In addition, the MTV celebrity’s mother was an “alcoholic,” and she already had a baby in her teens.
Hence, one of her doctors did a psychiatric evaluation and diagnosed her with bipolar disorder back then. Despite this, Lowry didn’t take her medication and refused to go for therapy. Then she talked about when the doctors told her she had misdiagnosis years later. It was right after her physical altercation with her former partner, Javi Marroquin.
