The 29-year-old fame name Kailyn sued Briana for defaming and humiliating her. Briana asserted that Kailyn “physically beat Christopher Lopez, and broke into the home of Lopez’s mother.” Kailyn said that this hindered her image as a star, and she has never entered Lopez’s mother’s home and created any sort of violence.
Further, her lawyers defended that the opponent was making false claims just to grab attention through Kailyn’s fame. Kailyn also asserted that Briana DeJesus has a history of making false public statements, especially about Kailyn’s family life.
Meanwhile, Briana informed that Kailyn no longer wants to shoot for the show because she does not wish for the alleged incident to come up. Reciprocating that, Kailyn clarified that her life has been shot on reels for over a decade, and now she wants to keep it confined. She also said that she is dating someone and does not want to make it public. Therefore, she is not shooting anymore.
Amid the feud, on September 16, Chris was summoned by the court with a subpoena. That means he has to attend court to testify or produce documentation. Chris and Kailyn are currently on the outs as she banged him on social media for fat-shaming her.
